Celebrate Darwin Day with a story and hands-on science!
At 10 a.m., children ages 2-5 will enjoy a storybook reading of Grandmother Fish and the science of evolution. Then, kids of all ages can participate in a STEAM Lab about evolution and Darwin’s finches. Kids will experiment with different “beaks” to see how shape and size affect how birds gather food, discovering how small changes can make a big difference over time.
