Please join the Center for the Advancement of STEM Education (CASE) and the Department of Biological Sciences at Bridgewater State University for our 3rd Annual Darwin Day @ BSU Event.
Throughout the day we will have several natural history and evolution exhibits on display in DMF atrium, as well as undergraduate ecology and evolution-related research posters on display in the 2nd floor Park Ave. hallway. Portable Chuck will take a break from welcoming guests to the biology office to be available in the atrium for selfies.
We will have film screenings of the three Your Inner Fish episodes in DMF Auditorium (at 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 3:00 PM), each followed by a moderated discussion between the audience and Biology/Anthropology students and faculty. Dr. Scott Edwards of Harvard University will speak in the evening at an open-to-the-public keynote talk in DMF auditorium on his research on the evolution of birds (7:00 PM).
