We will be celebrating Charles Darwin’s 203^rd birthday at the new Center for the Sciences and Innovation from 3:00 to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, February 7, with cake and student presentations.

On Thursday, February 9, 2012, Taner Edis of Truman State University will lecture on “Creation vs. Evolution: The Muslim Debate” in Chapman Auditorium at 7:30 pm.

Student and faculty displays will be on view from February 3 through 13 at the Coates Library.

Thanks to all of our supporters, including the Lecturers and Visiting Scholars Committee, Parker Chapel, The Coates Library, International Programs, and the Departments of Biology, Chemistry, Communication, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, English, Geosciences, History, Math, Philosophy, Physics and Astronomy, Political Science, Religion, and Sociology & Anthropology.
